How to Return or Exchange Jewelry
We think you'll love everything you order from us, but if you don't, we make returns and exchanges easy. Returns and exchanges on all jewelry are gladly accepted up to 30 days after shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. No return authorization required.
All returned items must be in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in any way. For your protection, we highly suggest shipping items in a box and insurance for the full purchase amount, especially on higher priced items.
All custom and engraved items are warrantied for 30 days against manufacturing defects, but they are not returnable otherwise.

Our Return Policy for Watches
Watches are subject to a very strict 30 day, must be returned in new unused condition, with all paperwork and original packaging. If a watch is worn, there are indentations in the leather or fabric band it is considered used and can no longer be returned. After that time, used, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement.
Each watch manufacture has its own watch repair center and procedures on how to get your watch repaired. Click Here to find the manufacturer of your watch and repair instructions. More specific details can be located on the warranty card included with each purchase.
What if I want an Exchange?
We have 2 exchange options:
- To get your new item quickly, place a new order for the new item and send back the original item for a refund.
- Alternatively, send back your original order and we will email you a payment invoice for any price difference for your new item.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Due to our limited staffing at this time, refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Do you have a restocking fee?
If you attempt to return an item after 30 days, or an order placed between November 15th and December 31st, a return authorization is required. If a late return is accepted, a 20% restocking fee "may" be deducted from your purchase price.
What if I want to order early for a Holiday?
If you order after November 15th, you have until January 31st of the following year to return your item.
What if I received this as a gift?
All credit card companies require we refund the purchaser or you may choose a merchandise credit to be used on a future purchase.
I choose express shipping for my order. If I return my order, will I get that refunded back to me?
Unfortunately, in most cases, the answer is no. That shipping charge is what we directly pay to the carrier (USPS, UPS...etc) and they will not refund that charge back to us. If for some reason, your order was not delivered on-time, due to a carrier delay (this does not include bad weather or other acts of God), then YES, we will fight for you to have the carrier refund this charge back to you.
