How to Return an Item

Our Return Policy

We think you'll love everything you order from us, but if you don't, we make returns easy. If you order after November 20th, you have until January 15th of the following year to return your item. If purchasing at other times, returns on all items, except for watches*, are gladly accepted within 30 days of the date of shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. All returned items must be in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in any way. For higher priced items, we highly suggest insuring your package for the full purchase amount. For gift recipients, we will be happy to refund the purchaser, or you may choose a merchandise credit.

*Watches are subject to a strict 15-day return policy, after that time, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement. More specific details can be located on the warranty card included with each purchase.
