Our Return Policy for Jewelry
We think you'll love everything you order from us, but if you don't, we make returns easy. Returns on all jewelry are gladly accepted within 30 days of the date of shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. No return authorization required. All returned items must be in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in any way. For your protection, we highly suggest shipping items in a box and insurance for the full purchase amount, especially on higher priced items.

Our Return Policy for Watches
Watches are subject to a very strict 30 day, must be returned in new unused condition, with all paperwork and original packaging. If a watch is worn, there are indentations in the leather or fabric band it is considered used and can no longer be returned. After that time, used, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement.
Each watch manufacture has its own watch repair center and procedures on how to get your watch repaired. Click Here to find the manufacturer of your watch and repair instructions. More specific details can be located on the warranty card included with each purchase.
What if I want an Exchange?
We have 2 exchange options:
- To get your new item quickly, place a new order for the new item and send back the original item for a refund.
- Alternatively, send back your original order and we will email you a payment invoice for any price difference for your new item.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within 3-4 business days of receipt.
Do you have a restocking fee?
If you attempt to return an item after 30 days, a return authorization is required. If a late return is accepted, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your purchase price.
What if I want to order early for a Holiday?
If you order after November 15th, you have until January 15th of the following year to return your item.
What if I received this as a gift?
All credit card companies require we refund the purchaser oryou may choose a merchandise credit to be used on a future purchase.
Most of our items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will arrive to you via UPS or USPS in approximately 5-7 business days. Orders must be placed before 1pm est in order to ship same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

We currently do not sell to other international destinations from this site. To make an international purchase shipping to another location, please visit our site on eBay at http://stores.ebay.com/Black-Bow-Jewelry-Company. Input our item sku into the Store Search box and our item should appear. Once you indicate your shipping location, you will find all the details on fees, duties and shipping costs for each item. Please note: promotional offers are not applicable through eBay.
Shipping Policy and Alternate Addresses
In many cases, we require that your order be shipped to your confirmed credit card billing address. If you will not be home to sign for your package, would like it sent to a gift recipient or to an alternate address, the best payment option at checkout would be Paypal or Amazon Pay. A signature delivery is also required for most purchases over $100.00 in value.
Pay with a Credit Card
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB cards for orders up to $2000. High-value orders may be required to ship to your billing address.
Pay with PayPal
Paypal is also available and required for orders over $2000. Paypal also offers free financing on your purchase for up to 6 months. To use Paypal Credit for your purchase, just check out using PayPal. When asked to choose a payment method (i.e. bank account, credit card, debit card) choose PayPal Credit. If you find an identical item for less, within 30 days of the time you purchased from us, we will gladly refund you the difference. This policy does not apply to closeout, like-new, used or auction items. We reserve the right to look at the comparable item and confirm that it is indeed the same item. How to use a Black Bow Gift Certificate
At checkout, enter 'Gift Certificate' for payment method. At the bottom of that same section, enter your gift certificate code (the number issued to you on your certificate). If your purchase exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you will be prompted for another form of payment to cover the remaining balance, this can include another credit card or another gift certificate.
