Watches are subject to a very strict 30 day, must be returned in new unused condition, with all paperwork and original packaging. If a watch is worn, or there are indentations in the leather or fabric band or even slightly scratched it is considered used and can no longer be returned. After that time, used, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement.
