"The clasp on this chain wouldn’t properly close from the day I purchased it. Right out the box I had issues with the chain. The clasp design looked and felt extremely cheap. The chain itself also looked cheap. It looked like a cheap chain you’d get from a flee market. The only positive comment I have is that the lady in customer service was extremely polite and helpful. I’m still in the return process so we will see how the rest of this goes. As far as the quality of the merchandise though it was terrible."
