I ordered a necklace for my boyfriend’s birthday present and it ended up being way too small. I then proceeded to order the necklace again, but doubled my mistake and ordered the exact same size. I had to call back multiple times regarding simple questions and return policies. Every single time I called back you guys were so incredibly helpful and make the experience so much easier.
