"Ordered this necklace as an anniversary gift for my husband. It is absolutely beautiful and he loves it…however, his neck is a bit thicker than I thought so I needed to exchange it for a larger size. Since I ordered it as a gift, I had it for a couple weeks before giving it to him on our anniversary. This amount of time exceeded the refund policy, but the customer service was excellent and accommodating given the circumstances. The quality of the necklace is top notch and the service matches.
