Slow service
"I liked the 2mm black cord, good quality but I decided I wanted the 3mm so I returned for an exchange. The exchange process has been incredibly slow, still have not received. I would highly recommend just returning an item and purchasing the new one outright as now this company has my money and I have no necklace of any size"
