The gold guitar charm is really beautiful. It’s just the right size (not too big and “embarrassing” to wear for a teen), and the detail is very nice. Customer service reaches out to you after your purchase to make sure you’re happy. And the note they put in with your order (on opening it up before you gift it, to inspect it) is an extra step of thoughtfulness I have never received before from any other companies. I look forward to seeing my son’s reaction when he opens it at Christmas this year!
