They opened up a UPS investigation and item was re-delivered to my home shortly before 8PM. . Item was perfect, just what I wanted. Thank you!"

"The bracelet was beautiful. However it didnt appear to be 7 inches? And 2mm? It seemed smaller. The photos on their sites made everything look much more normal. In all, i was highly disappointed and returned it. Should Have known by the price it was too good to be true."
