A free moving freshwater cultured pearl lends a fun element to the classical design of these round 14k gold filled hoop earrings. The lightweight hollow tube hoop is approximately 1.5mm in thickness by 38mm (1 1/2 inch) in diameter and is finished with a thin wire post that tucks into the opposite end for a seamless closure. The freshwater cultured round white pearl is 6-7mm in size. Gold-filled jewelry contains 1/20th (5%) of its total weight in real 14k gold that is mechanically bonded by heat and pressure to a sturdy brass core. It is more durable than gold-plated or vermeil jewelry, won't flake, fade, or tarnish as quickly. Due to the nature of pearls, please allow for slight variations in color, size, and shape.
