        "Everything went fine. The bracelet ordered is perfect. We had. I little miss match on the first order but you reconciled it and I reordered the one I wanted and the price was really fair considering what I paid for the other one I have from another jewelry store. Not sure how to return it, at 73 we are not too technically inclined. It is beautiful but I need 10 inches! I had marked the 10 in. but I restarted the order and forgot. It is a good value"
