I was wary ordering from a company online but The Black Bow impressed me. I received informative emails about my order along with shipping and tracking info. And it arrived professionally packaged to protect the contents. Inside, my item was safely wrapped in a nice box complete of course with a black bow. Arrived without issue. It was a beautiful piece, just as I ordered. However, it was for my son and wasn’t what he had in mind so I’ll need to return. We will see how that process goes. But as for now, I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from this company again. Very nice experience.
