The chain that I ordered came very quickly and is very nice! I like the lobster claw clasp--easy to take on and off if needed. I won't be taking it off though, trust me. I work at the shipyard on cranes and have to climb big cranes. Needless to say, I don't wear my wedding ring on my finger, because I almost lost it once and I don't want that to happen again. So, I decided to get a snake chain. This one does the job very well. Thank you very much. The chain came in a nice formal box with a black bow tied around it--a nice touch and much appreciated! Enough blabbering from me though. Give this company a chance folks. I don't think you'll be disappointed. As for me, they really made me feel spayyshall!! Thanks again!!

This is a simple but lovely tank watch with gold tone trim and brown leather band - it's a classic piece and has the feel of timeless elegance which can go with jeans or dress attire, for a reasonable price! Very nice.

I ordered a number pendant for my son two days before he let me know that his number changed. My first order had already gone through the warehouse, so it was too late to switch it or change it. I heard back within 24 hours, and Theresa in customer service let me know the best way to return the order, sent me links for the new item, and even gave me a discount code to make up for the one that I had used on the first order.
