Will this item Tarnish color in chlorinated water or just in regular water as well?: Sterling silver will naturally tarnish and exposing it to water will make is happen a bit faster. Keeping the necklace in chlorinated water for a long time will eventually damage the metal so we don't suggest doing it for a long time. You can bring it back to looking like new with regular polishing and some jewelry cleaner. Hope this helps!
