I ordered a necklace for my boyfriend’s birthday present and it ended up being way too small. I then proceeded to order the necklace again, but doubled my mistake and ordered the exact same size. I had to call back multiple times regarding simple questions and return policies. Every single time I called back you guys were so incredibly helpful and make the experience so much easier. I appreciate the kindness so much and it’s so hard to find nowadays. I have told my close friends and family about your company because of how amazing my experience was. My boyfriend also LOVES his chain and says he’s a new man with it lol.
Always loved having a fine pocket watch. This is a replacement of a gift that was destroyed accidently. I am certain I have upgraded in quality. Just love the look of this clean and sleek classy timepiece, soon to be engraved.
