I ordered a necklace for my boyfriend’s birthday present and it ended up being way too small. I then proceeded to order the necklace again, but doubled my mistake and ordered the exact same size. I had to call back multiple times regarding simple questions and return policies. Every single time I called back you guys were so incredibly helpful and make the experience so much easier. I ordered a number pendant for my son two days before he let me know that his number changed. My first order had already gone through the warehouse, so it was too late to switch it or change it. I heard back within 24 hours, and Theresa in customer service let me know the best way to return the order, sent me links for the new item, and even gave me a discount code to make up for the one that I had used on the first order.
