    Great company!

    I ordered a ring for my husband for Christmas and had paid the extra $29.99 for overnight shipping in order to get it here in time. However, the company immediately emailed me to tell me that it was a custom item and therefore didn’t qualify for the guarantee to get here by Christmas. I emailed them back and explained that I didn’t need it overnight after Christmas and could they please refund my shipping payment. They said they would and apologized for the inconvenience. I was very impressed by their business etiquette.
