How to Return or Exchange an Item

We think you'll love everything you order from us, but if you don't, we make returns and exchanges easy.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after shipment. 

Your return must also be accompanied by the packing slip and no return authorizations are required.

All returned items must be in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in any way. For your protection, we highly suggest shipping items in a box and purchasing insurance for the full purchase amount, especially on higher priced items.

All used, worn, custom and engraved items are warrantied for 30 days after the ship date against manufacturing defects, but they are not returnable otherwise.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. Only orders purchased with REDO shipping protection are eligible for free returns and exchanges for both USA and Canada customers. All other orders are subject to shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

Our Return Policy for Watches

Watches are subject to a very strict 30 day, must be returned in new unused condition, with all paperwork and original packaging. If a watch is worn, there are indentations in the leather or fabric band it is considered used and can no longer be returned. After that time, used, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement.

Return FAQ's

What if I want an Exchange?
We have 2 exchange options:

  1. To get your new item quickly, place a new order for the new item and send back the original item for a refund.
  2. Alternatively, send back your original order and we will email you a payment invoice for any price difference for your new item.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment within 4-6 business days of receipt.

Do you have a restocking fee?
If you attempt to return an item after 30 days, a return authorization is required. If a late return is accepted, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your purchase price.

What is REDO and how does it work?
REDO is a return protection service. For a very low fee per order, they provide absolutely free returns and exchanges. This is applied to the entire order, no matter how many items you purchased.

What if I want to order early for a Holiday?
If you order after November 10th, you have until January 15th of the following year to return your item.

What if I received this as a gift? 
All credit card companies require we refund the purchaser or you may choose a virtual gift card to be used on a future purchase.

I choose express shipping for my order. If I return my order, will I get that refunded back to me?
Unfortunately, in most cases, the answer is no. That shipping charge is what we directly pay to the carrier (USPS, UPS...etc) and they will not refund that charge back to us. If for some reason, your order was not delivered on-time, due to a carrier delay (this does not include bad weather or other acts of God), then YES, we will fight for you to have the carrier refund this charge back to you.
