"It's nice, a little small, but the logo and front looks shiny and great! The back looks more of a matte finish and it has slight "smudge" marks that I can't make go away? I tried a jewelry cloth used for sterling silver, but it didn't work. It's on the back side and won't be seen, but I'm a little dismayed. Reply: Kathy we would be more than happy to exchange your pendant for you.
