"I ordered this gold bracelet for my husband’s birthday. I have to admit I was quite nervous purchasing an expensive item online. I had visited local jewelers and the price on the black bow came in $300 less than the least expensive local jeweler. I have to admit when I received the bracelet I did have it tested just to ensure it was solid gold, which the local jeweler confirmed it was!! The service and communication that I received from the black bow was phenomenal. I was so pleased with this purchase that I just recently purchased myself some solid gold earrings."

Dazzling to the eye
"Everything went fine. The bracelet ordered is perfect. We had. I little miss match on the first order but you reconciled it and I reordered the one I wanted and the price was really fair considering what I paid for the other one I have from another jewelry store. Dazzles and glittery to the eye a beautiful 14k rope bracelet. Definitely recommend your store. I’ll be looking down the road for an add on rope necklace to go with my others. ""

"Thank you so much for sending them in time for Xmas. The earrings are fine, good value as for the anklet it is too small for me. Not sure how to return it, at 73 we are not too technically inclined. It is beautiful but I need 10 inches! I had marked the 10 in. but I restarted the order and forgot. It is a good value"
