Our Return Policy

We think you'll love everything you order from us, but if you don't, we make returns easy. If you order after November 20th, you have until January 15th of the following year to return your item. If purchasing at other times, returns on all items, except for watches*, are gladly accepted within 30 days of the date of shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. All returned items must be in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in any way. For higher priced items, we highly suggest insuring your package for the full purchase amount. For gift recipients, we will be happy to refund the purchaser, or you may choose a merchandise credit.

*Watches are subject to a strict 15-day return policy, after that time, damaged or defective watches must be directed to the manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement. More specific details can be located on the warranty card included with each purchase.

Shipping Rates

Most of our items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will arrive to you via UPS or USPS no later than 7-10 business days. Orders must be placed before 1pm est in order to ship same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

Overnight Delivery $29.99 (Orders placed M-F arrive the Next Business Day)

We highly suggest selecting PayPal as your payment for orders placed outside of the United States. PayPal will allow a faster order processing time and removes other delays related to payment.

If you don't happen to see your country, let us know by emailing us at service@theblackbow.com. We will do what we can to incorporate your country's mailing addresses into our site. 

Shipping Policy and Alternate Addresses

In many cases, we require that your order be shipped to your confirmed credit card billing address. If you will not be home to sign for your package, would like it sent to a gift recipient or to an alternate address, the best payment option at checkout would be Paypal or Amazon Pay. A signature delivery is also required for most purchases over $100.00 in value.
