Customer service contacted me immediately upon ordering to let me know the pendant was a special order and may not arrive with rush shipping. They canceled my order and I reordered to ship to my daughter. It arrived before they left to come see us with regular shipping! My grandson was more than excited!

I purchased a sterling jayhawk charm for my grandaughter. She is graduating from high school and plans on attending Kansas University. This charm is perfect! Very nice quality and perfect size!
