How do I sign up?
On desktop, look for the rewards button on the bottom right of your screen. Click on it and then click on "Join Now". On Mobile, Click HERE to open up your rewards account or scroll to the bottom of our site and click on "Open Your Rewards Account".
Can I use my rewards discount with another current promotion?
Yes! If you are having difficulties applying both discounts, place your order and then contact us at service@theblackbow.com and we will gladly apply your second discount for you!
I made a purchase, but do not see my points. Why?
It's possible that you made a purchase, but did not sign up for our rewards program. If you believe that is the case, please contact us at service@theblackbow.com and we will help you get signed up and apply your missing points.
Do my points expire?
No, your reward points will never expire! They are yours to keep!
