It's a really nice and solid byzantine silver necklace. I was a bit skeptical about ordering jewelry online. After opening the box and seeing and feeling the necklace, I was shocked at how good it looked in person!

I had to call back multiple times regarding simple questions and return policies. Every single time I called back you guys were so incredibly helpful and make the experience so much easier.
