How to Return or Exchange an Item

 

We think you'll love everything you order from us, but if you don't, we make returns and exchanges easy.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after shipment.* or up until January 15th of the following year (If the item is purchased after 11/15), whichever is later.

Your return must also be accompanied by the packing slip and no return authorizations are required.

All returned items must be in new condition and cannot show visible signs of wear or have been altered in any way. We suggest shipping items in a box and, if you have not purchased REDO returns protection, purchasing insurance for the full purchase amount, especially on higher priced items.

All used, worn, custom and engraved items are warrantied for 30 days after the ship date against manufacturing defects, but they are not returnable otherwise. 

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. Only orders purchased with REDO shipping protection are eligible for free returns and exchanges for both USA and Canada customers. All other orders are subject to shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
